About BusyCMS
BusyCMS has been developed progressively since 2011 as a simple content management system and website builder application to enable users (licensees) with moderate web coding skills to quickly and inexpensively build an attractive website.
BusyCMS is not open source and is licensed to the end user on a per annum basis as a hosted web application with no lock in contract.
Support is available initially by telephone to help get you up and running and by email and online thereafter.
A tutorial is available on this website and is updated from time to time.
All text, images and graphics that are added to BusyCMS by you the licensee or provided to any person for inclusion and display online to create a website are the responsibility and property of you as the licensee and no responsibility is accepted by Stan White the developer or BusyWeb for and content added or provided to be added. In using BusyCMS to display your content online you guarantee that you hold copyright to and the right to use all content added by you the licensee or provided by you to any person for inclusion in the BusyCMS application.
The provided initial software, written code and intellectual property contained within this application remain the property of BusyWeb and Stan White the developer in perpetuity and server access to the original code is not provided in order to protect the intellectual property against unauthorised duplication and use without consent.
All licence fees are payable 12 months in advance and are non refundable.
