Located: Cleveland
Named by Captain James Cook in 1770, Cleveland is now a vibrant suburb steeped in history dating back to the 1850's.
It has many links to it's colonial past such as the old court house in Paxton St., which is now a popular restaurant and the beautifully restored Grandview Hotel, laying claim to being one of the oldest licensed establishments in Queensland.
There is plenty to see and do with a charming marina hosting great places to eat and relax or hire a charter boat to go deep sea fishing or sailing. Cleveland is the main access point for ferries to the beautiful North Stratbroke Island.
The foreshore areas are popular, with families enjoying a barbecue or picnic and the more energetic can explore the local Heritage Trail.
Cleveland is a warm, friendly village with a mix of cosmopolitan and old fashioned charm.
Shore LIne View is located right next door to the RSL Club and walking distance to the fabulous local amenities. Everything is on your doorstep such as the Shopping Centre, Marina, Cafes and Restaurants, Bowls Club, Library and Art Gallery.
The local Railway Station is minutes away and offers the opportunity to commute to Brisbane in only 45 minutes. Also close are Cleveland State School, Cleveland State High School and Redland Public Hospital.
